Marie Osmond's teenage son dies

The 18-year-old son of American singer Marie Osmond has died, a spokesman for the family has said.

News reports from the US suggested he committed suicide by jumping from an apartment building in Los Angeles.

As reported Saturday, Michael Blosil, entertainer Marie Osmond's 18-year-old son, died Friday night after jumping from the eighth floor of his L.A. apartment building.

The website reports that Blosil had plans to spend time with his friend on Friday evening; but at the last minute, he texted the woman just before 9 p.m., alerting her to a note he'd left for her at his apartment.

His friend and his roommates apparently found the note together. Noting his overall unhappiness, the missive to woman said she was his only friend in the city, and listed things he planned on doing for the last time.

Adopted by the star and her second husband Brian Blosil (they divorced in 2007), Michael was the fifth of Marie Osmond's eight children.

i don't know was adopted that make me think is not at sacrifice or some weird think a la Lauren Canyon

yes adopted you would think would rule that out..just always sus on suicides
