"Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves."

As the writer of this particular blog stated, "...so if our enemies have that weapon..is he saying the usa didnt have this technology as well?..find that hard to believe."

Got me thinking about two words, arms race: they can do it so we must too attitude and of course the U.S. being the military powerhouse that it is can't fall behind on an ol'e fashion arms race.

Yes, wilderness, I remember reading this years ago!
