“Hedge funds have recovered sharply from the severe downturn in 2008,” says Ratan Engineer, global leader of Ernst & Young’s Asset Management practice. “The rebound in 2009 was dramatic, and while 2010 may provide less spectacular gains, hedge funds no longer stand at the edge of an abyss.”

I may have to revise my prediction. I think the effect that they run after the re-denomination of goods dollars. Commodity is that they seem to run immediately or with the depreciation of the dollar the commodity, as we speak.
